Since our first complimentary CARES Act 101 Webinar was published on April 2nd, the U.S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”) and U.S. Treasury Department continually issued new guidance and updates regarding the loans addressed in the Act, the Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) and Economic Injury Disaster Loan (“EIDL”).
