Michele Lebron: National Women's History Month Spotlight

In honor of National Women's History Month, we're highlighting female entrepreneurs and trailblazers who inspire us. Today’s positive inspiration is none other than Michele Lebron!

After working as a legal secretary and paralegal at one of Manhattan’s most prestigious law firms and then as a real estate broker, Michele overcame several adversities to attend law school, where she was in the top 11% of her class and the Senior Editor of the Law Review. After graduating from law school, she became known in Central Florida as an attorney with superlative professionalism who is a fierce advocate for her clients. Ultimately, she used her vast pre- and post-law school experience to open her own law firm, Lebron Law, PLLC. She focuses her practice on family law, bankruptcy, personal injury, civil litigation, and landlord/tenant matters. As a result of her tireless efforts on behalf of her clients, in 2019 and 2020, Michele was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Only 2.5% of attorneys in Florida receive such distinction.

Outside of the office, Michele pours into her community as a member of the Central Florida Family Law Inn of Court and mentor to students and young professionals who need a helping hand. She is the type of loyal friend who rushes to the bedside of a friend in need, drives across the state to meet one of her best friend’s newborns, and selects the perfect thoughtful gift to celebrate all of life’s occasions. Above all, however, Michele is dedicated to her family, as a wife, mother, and grandmother. Her face radiates with joy when talking about or spending time with “her boys,” and she has, quite literally, gone to the ends of the earth in her role as her family’s matriarch. Michele’s ability to balance these many facets of her life is truly an inspiration.

For all of these reasons and so many more, we couldn’t let Women’s History Month pass without inspiring the Spread Your Sunshine community by sharing Michele’s story. Keep shining brightly, Michele, you’re truly amazing!!
