Erica Castner: National Women's History Month Spotlight

Now, more than ever, we need to come together in support of each other. So, in honor of National Women's History Month, and to shine a light on female Trail Blazers to support during this time, we’re highlighting woman entrepreneurs who are tirelessly working to support their communities and the businesses around them. Today’s positive inspiration is none other than Business Consultant and Coach, Erica Castner.

For over two decades, Erica has been passionate about helping business owners achieve success. Through her company, Castner Consulting & Coaching, Erica offers workshops, team training, and one-on-on coaching services that are designed to help businesses reach target clientele, enhance productivity, and expand their presence and partnerships. Erica’s success has garnered international recognition from several well-known sources, including US Today, Thrive Global, ABC, CBS, The News-Press Media Group, Huffington Post, and Digital Footprint.

In addition to business consulting, Erica also recently launched the “Love the Work You Do” podcast aimed at inspiring leaders who want to be more productive and purposeful in their work. Each week, Erica shares resources and best practices in business development, leadership, career training, how to boost confidence, productivity, and more!

While Erica has certainly distinguished herself as a business consultant and coach, she is being highlighted today because of the person she is to our community – a strong leader who tirelessly gives of herself to help others. In response to the current COVID-19 crisis, Erica has gone a step further and reached out into her community to help small businesses pivot during these challenging times.

In addition to the plethora of free services given to her community in March, starting on Monday, April 6th, Erica will host a 5-day free (virtual) “Biz Branding Re-Boot” Boot Camp to help business owners and service providers navigate their business branding efforts in the new times we are living in. Each day of the boot camp will cover a simple marketing strategy and mindset lesson to help all boot camp participants “reboot” their business’ branding and marketing efforts with confidence, clarity and compassion. More information on this free resource and registration can be found here

Erica is also teaming up with Working Women of Tampa Bay (WWTB) on March 31, 2020 to host a workshop discussing how businesses can increase their influence through podcasts during this time. More information on this workshop and registration can be found here. As discussed in our March 18th articles regarding WWTB Founder Jessica Rivelli and Resources to Fund & Support Small Businesses, all funds raised through this workshop will be used to help women small business owners recover from the negative impacts of COVID-19.

For all of these reasons and so many more, we couldn’t let Women’s History Month pass without inspiring the Spread Your Sunshine community by sharing Erica’s story. Keep shining brightly, Erica, you are such an amazing leader and source of reassurance for so many businesses owners and professionals during this time!
